Refund and cancellation policy

Free features

You can send messages, meet new people and reveal your identity for free. No payment is needed to use these features.

Cancelling PeekaWing Plus

• You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app’s settings, or by emailing us.
• Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep your Plus features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• We do not refund the unused part of a billing period, except in the cases listed below.

When we give refunds

We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• money was taken from your account but your paid feature was not activated within 24 hours, and we could not fix it;
• you were charged for a renewal after cancelling before your renewal date;
• a problem on our side made your paid feature unusable for most of the billing period.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at our support address within 7 days of the payment. Please include:

• the email address or phone number linked to your PeekaWing account;
• the date and amount of the payment;
• the transaction or order ID;
• the reason for your request.

How long refunds take

We will reply within 2 business days. Once we approve a refund, we send it to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it in your account.

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play

If you paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the refund is handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Please request it from them directly. We are happy to help if you get stuck.

Failed payments

If money was taken from your account but the payment failed, your bank usually returns it automatically within 5 to 7 business days. If it doesn’t, contact us with the transaction details and we will help.
