Delivery policy

Digital service only

PeekaWing is an app. Everything we sell, such as PeekaWing Plus, is a digital service. We do not ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges.

When you get your purchase

Paid features are added to the PeekaWing account you used to pay as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. You will see a confirmation in the app and receive a receipt by email.

If something hasn’t arrived

If your paid feature is not active within 24 hours of payment, email us with your transaction ID. We will activate it, or refund you as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Where PeekaWing is available

PeekaWing works anywhere with an internet connection. Some features may be different in some countries.
